What you should never skip in your backbend warm-up! 🔥
In my warm-up I always include an active exercise such as back sit-ups. This gets my muscles firing and blood flowing to my back. As I generate body heat it gets trapped in my Jelliebend. This keeps my muscles at the optimal temperature for stretching. Muscles will be more elastic and resistant to injury at 1-2 degrees above body temp! 🔥
