I bought a jelliebody mainly to help with my POTS stmptoms. But, hapully, it also really helps my poor, completely hosed back. My thoracic spine has lots of arthritis, desiccating discs, and I broke L3 lifting a stock tank. I'm not your average 72 year old fat lady. I rause and butcher my own animals for the freezer, and I have a big garden. I only wish these came in a summer weight fabric, as we've been in the 90's for over a week, and it is sweat producing. I know I'm gonna live it in the cooler weather. I'm very glad I took the chance on the jelliebody - it's wonderful.
Just got mine a few days ago, itโs really been a comfortable experience and I find myself sitting up straighter, and no lower back pain. I was hesitate to even try the Belly Bend, Iโm so glad I did. Saving up for the shorts next.
Love the jellie shorts! I started with a jelliebend and the shorts have a different level of support for my lower back and hips. Having both gives me the option to switch between them depending on what part of my body needs the most support on a given day.
Love at first slide on!! Truly helps my hypermobile SI joints, pelvis, and back feel more supported and feel less unstable. I love how it is gentle and not bulky or painful like heavier braces can be (depending on the support you need, of course). Highly recommend! If you're like me you'll want to live in them. Helps sleep. Helps support so your overworked muscles can have a little gentle support.
I think they're very comfy and are helping alot with helping me stay aware of my posture and also helping me be able to eat with out needing to pass out from the blood pressure drop I wish the body was a longer since I want the upper body support but also want support for my hips and I don't want to over compress my lower half by stacking them I will def buy more though when I can
