Refund policy

Orders with Swap Protect: Add Swap Protect for easy returns and exchanges—completely free, with no return shipping fees. Use our returns portal to generate your prepaid return label and start a return or exchange in just a few clicks. (Currently available for U.S. orders only.)

Orders without Swap Protect: If Swap Protect wasn’t added to your order, you can still easily start a return or exchange through our returns portal—you’ll just need to purchase your return shipping label directly in the portal when you begin your request.

International Orders: While exchanges aren’t available for international orders, you’re still welcome to return your item—just note that Swap Protect isn’t offered on international shipments.

For international returns, duties, taxes, and import fees are typically non-refundable because they are collected by customs/government authorities, not Jelliebend. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll refund the eligible product amount according to our return policy

Returns & Exchanges: Our return/exchange policy lasts 30 days from the date of fulfillment. If 30 days have passed, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused and in the same condition as received.

Trying On Your Jelliebend: You’re absolutely welcome to try on your Jelliebend to find your perfect supportive hug. 💛 However, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges if:

• Tags have been removed
• The item has been worn for an extended period
• There are any visible signs of wear

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at team@jelliebend.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
