I got the Jelliebody based on the reviews I saw on social media of several women with lower back pain and EDS. I have struggled with sciatic pain for the last 3 years due to a bulging lumbar disc. At my worst, I could barely move. PT helped immensely, as did time and one steroid epidural.
My epidural eventually wore off and I opted for not getting another. I live in constant fear of re-injury of my back as the initial disc rupture was beyond painful. In my mind, having a little sensation of pain reminds me to be careful, if that makes sense. The Jelliebody not only makes me feel supported and safe, but it provides more effective pain relief than the epidural.
If you live with chronic pain, I hope you have access to health care and especially good PT. I don't know whether Jelliebody would help when I was at my absolute worst level of sciatic pain and I hope I never find out. I feel a certain peace of mind moving about my day wearing the Jelliebody and I would recommend to people managing lower back pain.
What a huge difference this made for me! I normally start experiencing crippling lower back pain if I have to stand for longer than an hour. I wore this under my clothes to a concert and was able to remain on my feet for the first time in years. This also helped relieve the back pain I typically experience when I sit at my desk for a while. Game changer for me and definitely recommend!
Thank you for making my return so easy. I shipped it out yesterday.
Great product. Super helpful. Excellent design and support. Would recommend getting in trying.
The Jellebody has been a game changer for me. It's gentle structure that moves with me. I notice more alignment when walking, my body not fatiguing so much when sitting in an office chair, and less pain overall. All my hEDS bbs -- GET YOU ONE OF THESE!!
