I LOVE my jelliebend. it is helpful in so many ways. i have hEDS (hypermobile ehlers danlos syndrome), and some issues with lightheadedness/ dizzy spells that are currently undiagnosed. the jelliebend not only helps my back pain, but also adds compression to my abdomen— which further helps my general lightheadedness. because of my uncertainty, i did ask my OMT (similar to a chiropractor) if i could try compression on my abdomen to help. she said yes and so i went through with the purchase and have had zero regrets since. if you are unsure about how something like this may affect you, i would suggest asking a professional because making the purchase. i would give this a 6/5 stars if i could! thank you x1,000!
I ordered a medium onyx jelliebend as a 5 ft. 9 in. 150 pound woman. The fit is good. I have back pain from hypermobility and this band feels like a nice supportive hug. The material feels high quality.
I had issues with standing especially while shopping. My jelliebend helped with my pain. I wear it during the day and have pretty much eliminated my back pain. It’s only day 3 but I love it so far!
This is amazing. Hands down. Before getting it, I assumed it would help with my POTS primarily (preventing blood pooling in my legs) but I had absolutely no idea how much pain I was in until I wasn’t in it anymore. It resolves my lower back pain the moment I put it on & even makes my posture better, further improving upper back pain as well. As a hypermobile & scoliosis girly, this is life changing.
As soon as I put on the Jelliebend, my back felt more stable. Now I've worn it every day for a week, and the difference in my pain level is very noticeable. I'm able to stay active longer before the pain sets in badly, and my core feels more steady day to day. I have recommended it to a few friends with varying ailments already. If you have back pain, I feel like this is a must have.
Listen, I’ve been in pain since 2006 thanks to a car accident that left my back, hips, knees, and feet screaming like toddlers denied an iPad. Add in plantar fasciitis, and my job that makes me stand for 4–8 hours, and you basically had the perfect recipe for me to cosplay as a “neoprene mummy.” Picture it: braces on my knees, hips, ankles, lower back—if you squinted, I looked like an off-brand Marvel villain whose superpower was complaining about hardwood floors.
Then along came the Jellibend back support. I slapped it on like, “Sure, what’s one more brace in the collection?” But after a week, I realized something shocking: I wasn’t waddling around like a medieval knight anymore. My back pain? Cut down. My hip pain? Practically gone. My knees and feet? Still jerks, but at least they’re not leading a full-scale rebellion.
Now I can get through a workday without plotting revenge against gravity itself. I no longer look like I’m smuggling pool noodles under my clothes. And for the first time in years, I don’t end every day with the posture of a question mark.
If you’re wondering whether this thing works: it does. It’s basically like giving your spine a supportive best friend who doesn’t judge you for still owning six different heating pads.
Jellibend, you’ve officially been promoted from “one more brace” to MVP of my skeletal survival team.
P.S. My neoprene collection misses me, but my spine sends its thanks.
It’s very comfortable. I typically have sweaty hands but this doesn’t make me hotter or get sweaty. It alleviates the pain I deal with daily.
