I am 75 and suffer from constant back and hip pain but I am still very active and sometimes it’s a challenge trying to stay fit. I often wear a back or hip brace when at the gym or horseback riding. I have hEDS, POTS, chronic pain and fatigue. I work as a special education teacher for students with medically complex needs who are also severely physically and intellectually disabled.
