It is tight, but once worn i adjusted pretty well. I noticed right away that i felt less pressure in my neck and back, and of course my shoulders dont curve inward as much. It is pretty long on me, im 5’4 and probably would have been fine to get the jellibend instead of body
I admit I was skeptical that a fabric cylinder could help my all-over body pain and I am happy to say I was wrong. The Jelliebend offers gentle comfort for my lower back and hips. Pros- the fabric is very soft and has a firm stretch. The inner tag was easily removed to prevent itching and scratching. It is two pieces of fabric that are sewn together with the seams on the inside! This is wonderful since feeling seams can be annoying and sometimes even painful. It is snug but still easy enough to get on and off. Cons- I am guessing it might be hot when worn in the summer. I have had mine for three weeks in November in the Midwest. That's the only con I have so far! Thank you Jelliebend!
I was hesitant to try, because of my sensitivities, but the Jelliebend was great. It provided more pain relief than anything else I have worn.
Supportive and compressive yet comfortable. When I take this off after a long day I feel like gravity increases by about 10-20lbs! So it definitely helps support my body. I wore it to gymnastics and had no trouble moving. It rode up a little while tumbling and I couldn’t adjust it back because it was under my leo, so next time I’ll just wear it over. I’ve worn it to the gym and and lifted weights/did calisthenics no problem. I have a more restrictive corset kind of belly wrap that zips up but I find it’s less user friendly and not a day to day wear item like this one. I’m coming back to order a second Jelliebend for when this one’s in the wash!
I cannot tell you how much better my lower back feels since I started wearing my new Jelliebend about 2 weeks ago! I have a long history of lower back problems including herniated, discs, osteoarthritis and scoliosis as well as complicated recoveries from multiple complex knee and hip replacements. My posture and stability have really suffered. I can't even describe the feeling of extreme pressure on my lower back that I have endured for years, making, sitting, standing, walking, etc. really difficult.
While recent ablations have helped some, what really made an incredible difference was from the first day I wore my Jelliebend! Not only is it extremely comfortable, but while not perfect, my back pressure has been significantly reduced. There have even been days when I haven't had any! I am so grateful for this amazing product! In fact, I have already ordered two more. I also love your easy ordering and exchange system.. much appreciated!
I had a spinal fusion with Harrington rods forty six years ago. I now have Flatback syndrome and lots of nerve damage. The Jelliebend is kind of like a compression sock for the back and it really helps with the muscle spasms from the nerve damage. It helps me be able to get out without as much pain. I found them mentioned in a facebook group of people who have the old version stainless steel Harrington rods and I’m so glad I did. This is a fantastic brace and definitely doesn’t feel like you can’t move and it’s not bulky at all, I love it!
