Living with Ankylosing Spondylitis, hEDS, and Crohn’s disease means my body deals with chronic pain, joint instability, and inflammation every day. Finding support that actually helps my body function better is incredibly rare, which is why the Jelliebody has been such a game changer for me.
The support it provides from my hips all the way up to my shoulder blades is incredible. That level of stabilization helps my posture, reduces strain on my joints, and gives me a significant amount of pain relief. On days when my body feels unstable or my spine and SI joints are flaring, wearing it genuinely helps me stay more mobile.
Because of my hEDS, my hand strength isn’t great, so getting it on can take a little effort. But once it’s on, the fit is perfect and the support feels amazing. It hugs my body without being restrictive and doesn’t shift around during the day.

I’ve used this product twice. Once riding my bike and then doing an athletic Pilates class. I felt so supported and stronger with the Jellibend on. I have a little scoliosis and chronic low back pain as well as hyper mobility. I also feel like I’m not passive and can engage my core!!! I’m looking forward to recommending this to my patients and clients in the future.
Wish there were more size options like for short girls because it’s a little too long on me in the medium and in the small it’s too tight
My pt recommended me to buy a jellibend and I gotta say.. I’m so impressed with Jellibend. As someone with Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (hEDS), Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), and Non-Radiographic Axial Spondyloarthritis (nr-axSpA), finding support that actually helps without causing more pain is hard.
Jellibend has made a noticeable difference in my joint stability and daily comfort, especially on flare days. It’s supportive without feeling restrictive, and I’m really grateful I found it.
This thing has to have some sort of witch craft in it. I’ve had it now for three days. I’ve worn it twice to work, once to bed and tried to go without it on my day off. I was able to work with hardly any pain, (I work in a LTC facility in laundry and an constantly twisting and just standing,) I slept much better than I usually do and after vacuuming one room I stopped to see if my jelliebend was dry so I could put it on and was able to finish vacuuming the entire house pain free. I’ve ordered my second one so I can wash one/wear one. If you are unsure, go order now!

I have many back problems stemming from a car accident 35 years ago. I also stand all day for work on hard floors.
I wear my jellie every single day. Let me tell you, I know when I don't wear it! I need to order another one or maybe 2. I highly recommend these. I don't think they make me any warmer than normal, and they are very comfortable, with NO rolling, or pinching. And they are soooo soft! Thank you for making such a great product!!
I, like so many others here have hEDS and myriad other associated issues and feel like I have tried everything to help my lower back and hip pain. I -again like everyone else- was skeptical but decided I had nothing to loose.
It. Really. Works. This is one of the first pain management products I can feel an actual difference with, and the first I have felt strongly enough about to leave a review. My job is extremely physically demanding (25k steps/day, lots of lifting, weird twisting, etc.) and this is just what I needed heading into our busiest season. The light compression holds everything together while increasing my proprioception and making sure I don’t move out of my comfortable limits.
I echo everyone’s advice to just try it if you’re on the fence. I did, and I couldn’t be happier.
PS Jelliebend developers, please make a bodysuit with short shorts so we can hold our hips together without getting the weird uncomfy butt shelf situation by just pulling it down more. That would be the golden ticket!!
