I really did not have as high expectations for this as I should have. This is amazing. For the first time in decades, I have gone from an 8/10 pain level to maybe a 2-3/10. I can move without back pain! And my hips don’t feel like they constantly need to pop. Size chart is TTS. I am a women’s size 10 in jeans and the M band fits perfect.
As someone with Marfan Syndrome, I experience chronic back and leg pain. These leggings immediately improved my pain by providing discrete, gentle compression and support. I absolutely LOVE them and will be buying more.
I have scoliosis, and degenerative disc and joint disease. I’m in back pain constantly. I had 12 pain relief injections in my back, been going to PT for months, tried numerous tens machines, many back braces, medicine to relieve pain all with barely minimal relief from my severe back pain. At first I was a little dubious - It’s a stretchy band. I have scoliosis and compressed lumbar discs and tried nearly every uncomfortable velcro back brace that never fit right over the hips. Well, Jellybend slips on and feels supportive without the pinching and hardness of the braces. It’s actually comfortable enough to sleep in, not too hot, you don’t need to undo it to pee (important at 3am), and you can’t even see it under clothing.
I like to wear my Jelly low over my hips and butt, because that’s where I need the lumbar support. Size is true, I wear a US 18 and got XL. If you plan to wear it higher up at the waist you may want the slightly smaller size.

I purchased both the pants and the waist band and I was having the need for extra support so I wore both lol. Maternal is thick but soft. It’s like a wetsuit but stretchy. A little bit of an Odor right out of the bag but I’m sure after washing it will get better. I’m 5’3 180lbs. Purchased pants in a large and waist band in XL and feel like they fit perfectly.
I have neck and t spine issues and am hoping they create a tankini top version: I’d love it to have a wide T back for upper spinal support without pulling on my traps and a scoop front so as to not be close to my throat and the base fall right below my ribs like a crop top. 😉🙏
At first when I saw ads for jelliebend, honestly, I was skeptical. It looked similar to "waist trainers" that I have worn many years ago, and those were very painful or caused digestive issues. After being diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis, scoliosis, osteitis condensans ilii, herniated discs, EDS, and many other disorders this year and starting physical therapy- I looked into jelliebend and figured I would give it a try. I am SO GLAD that I did. Immediately, as soon as I put on my jelliebend, I could feel the comforting compression. I did not take it off for the entire day. Finally, some relief from my back pain. I've since ordered the jelliebody and another jelliebend in a smaller size based off of my measurements and when I first received those I thought "no way will this fit comfortably." I tried on the jelliebody and WOWWWW. I bent over and picked up a laundry basket and did not have pain. Its unbelievable. Thank you SO MUCH for creating this product.

For reference, I am 5’6” 146 lbs and currently wear a large. Received both L and XL with my first order, I went with both because my weight fluctuates often.

Omg these shorts!! I had the belly band for the last year and it was helpful but as my hEDS issues spread further into my hips, the band wasn’t covering everything i needed it to. Plus issues with it rolling when I was sitting, especially driving, which is when i really need it. These shorts fixed all of that! Is it possible I have more energy?? lol My massage therapist teases me about how much my body loves compression, but its true! And these shorts have made it possible for me to get thru some days and events I KNOW I wouldn’t have been able before. Thank you for all your hard work!!
I was doubtful this flexible band would help with my back pain. I am pleased to say it really helps with my scoliosis. I couldn’t be more thankful.
