I was on the fence whether this band would be strong enough to really hold my torso. I have had for a few weeks and I am SO HAPPY! I would wake up feeling like someone sat on my back ALL night, so much pain and discomfort. I am also HEDS, and I have notice a dramatic difference in my hips and low back pain when I wake up. I would highly recommend, if your on the fence give it a try all you can lose is the pain.
This is my second perchance of this and I’m serious when I say the relief comes even as you are pulling it on your body and adjusting it. The top stays in place really well, too. I think it has more to do with chest size and torso length rather than quality of garment. Always satisfied. I will be trying every product from this company.
I've been really struggling, as a shortie and autistic person, with finding compression wear to help my POTS that doesn't hurt my hand joints to put on, and that I can tolerate with my sensory sensitivities. I finally bit the bullet and ordered the shorts and jelliebend to try, and love them! They really are just like a firm but gentle hug! <3 Will definitely be ordering another pair of shorts in the future (they're my favourite of the two), and have been recommending them to everyone I know with similar conditions. Although they are expensive, it is so worth it both for the quality, which is excellent, and with supporting a small disabled-owned business with fair pricing. So worth it!
These shorts are my go to for being active. Id love to see them in a lighter color though for wearing under other clothes.
I had a bad endo flare where I was nauseous for a week and the thought of something compressing my abdomen sounded like relief, so I finally ordered one. I followed the size guidelines and ordered a small, but I wish I'd gone up a size to account for bloated days. I've worn it off and on- trips to the store, days at home, days I know the car is going to affect me- and it's been surprisingly helpful. I plan on getting the full torso wrap plus a medium. Thank you!
