This is the most comfortable compression body sleeve ever! And it doesn't make me hot, which is a double win!!
I ordered the large I’m 5’4 and 170 lbs, around the waist was perfect instant relief of my low back and si joint area pain, a little tight on the ribs and on the mid hip area making it harder to wear long term while I sit, and drive around. So I ordered the extra large, hoping that will fit me better where I can wear it all day. 😊 keeping the large one though because I fluctuate on my weight often up and down 10 pounds depending on how much I move from week to week.
The compression was immediate. It was instant relief. I think I'll get just the xl for my waist.
My rib always comes out at night so I wore it to bed. No ribs out this morning.

I purchased 2 Jellybend waist wraps. One for daytime that had more compression and one a size larger for lighter compression. Its been a game changer for me during a difficult time with my husband having surgery. I go back to work Monday 10 hour days. I will update my progress. Thank you so much. I was wary of all the incredible, raving reviews but my sciatica has been so painful, and my EDS causes a lot of rib, back, hip, and spine pain, so I decided to order when they had a sale. I cannot express enough how blown away I am by the jelliebody. I put it on immediately after it arrived, and was surprised that when I bent over to pick up the tag from the floor my back didn't hurt. My ribs are loving the compression and at the same time it doesn't make it difficult to draw a full breath. I feel all held together but not restricted, and it subtly encourages better posture. I am so, so picky about fabric that touches my skin, seams, etc and have not had any issues with it rolling up or bunching, becoming itchy, etc etc.
I am 5'11 and 150lbs, big butt little boobs, and the Medium is the perfect fit and stays put.
I am so, so impressed and I love my new jelliebody!
