The invisible work your body does all day

Your body may be working harder than it looks.

Some bodies burn more energy just getting through the day. That effort is real, even when it’s invisible.

With hypermobility, POTS, scoliosis, endo, or chronic pain, your body may be doing extra work all day, stabilizing joints, fighting blood pooling, compensating through posture, or managing swelling and pain.

So if an “ordinary” day wipes you out, listen to your body. Rest when you need to, and use support when it helps.

Because it’s possible your body has been working overtime.

For days when your body wants a little extra support, Jelliebend can feel like the gentle hug your body has been asking for.
